Outline India partnered with the University of Southern California to support the pilot phase of a quantitative study on sexual harassment awareness among college students. The engagement involved coding and translating a structured survey tool, conducting a pilot with 600 students across 4–5 colleges in Delhi, and refining the tool based on pilot findings in consultation with principal investigators.
Outline India was responsible for recruiting and training enumerators, managing and supervising fieldwork, ensuring adherence to field protocols, conducting quality checks, and delivering a cleaned and labeled dataset. The study generated reliable pilot evidence to inform future research on campus safety, reporting behaviours, and institutional responses to sexual harassment.
