The programme documentation study, commissioned by Language and Learning Foundation (LLF) with support from the What Works Hub for Global Education (WWHG), traces the adoption journey of High-Impact Teaching Strategies (HITS) in Grade 2 classrooms across four blocks of Hisar district, Haryana. Using desk review, monitoring data analysis, and stakeholder interviews with teachers, ABRCs, BRPs, cluster heads, and government officials, the study reconstructs how HITS were identified, prioritised, and reinforced — producing an evidence-backed Report, Practitioner Playbook, and Dissemination Deck to guide replication and scale.
