This piece attempts to highlight the problem of communication of misinformation and how it worsens the situation in health crisis and pandemic such as COVID-19 – which has significantly affected the health systems globally and has incited several hoaxes and rumours around the problem, dos and don’ts of it as well as its preventive measures.
