Outline India commenced a study on risk behaviour assessment and economic decision-making with elected Gram Panchayat representatives in West Bengal. This study was conducted with Professors from the University of Auckland, Monash University and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, wherein the goal was to understand better the role that local elected representatives play in the process of development in India. 

Outline India was the data collection partner, responsible for conducting interviews with the elected representatives of Gram Panchayats from North and South 24 Parganas.
