Govind is development management professional with cross-functional experience of more than 13 years. He carries extensive grassroots experience working with the DHAN Foundation and South Indian Federation of Fishermen Societies (SIFFS). His development practice & professional experience includes working on themes such as Water & Livelihoods, Microfinance & Livelihoods, Information Technology for Development (ICT4D), Building People Institutions & Community Based Organizations, Watershed Development & Renovation of Traditional Water Bodies, Collective Action & Cooperation, Managing Nonprofit Organizations, Entrepreneurship Development, Human Resource Development, Impact Assessment, and Monitoring & Evaluation.
Academically, he specializes in Organizational Behavior, Ethical Workplace Climate, and Nonprofit Organizations. His research expertise includes Mixed-Methods & Sequential Research Design, Psychometric Measurement & Analysis, Tool development, Structural Equation Modeling, and Econometric Modeling. He teaches courses on Business Ethics, Organization Culture and Climate, Leadership, Human Resource Planning, etc. Currently, he is also associated with the Institute of Rural Management (IRMA) as a doctoral fellow participant.
